Me and My Boys

My two awesome little boys...before too long they won't be able to sit on my lap like this. We were at Andi & Paul's for Thanksgiving 2010 (I know, I'm on top of my blog) and took a drive to the Old Mill to take some pictures. I love this picture of the boys and I! We got some really great pictures that day. It's such a cool park!

Never say never...

The boys and I headed out to the store on Sunday, what an adventure...Neither of them will ride in the "baby seat", so they both sit in the main part of the shopping cart (as you can see). They are both ALL BOY and they would rather wrestle around and pick on each other in the cart than listen to me...of course. I told them that they're never going to the store with me again. I got called out on that one last night. I told the boys on the way home from school that Daddy was going to take Matson to get some baseball gear and Graeson was going with me to the grocery store. Matson said, "I thought you said we were never going to the store with you again?" Darn it! I told him, "Yes, I did. I was mad and I'm sorry that I said that." Never say never, it will always come back to bite you...somewhere at sometime.

NO MORE Medicine Juice!!!

Matson had another check up to see how his osteoporosis is doing & we got super, fantastic news. His bone density is now within the normal range of -1 to +1 at
-0.2. We started this journey a year ago with a bone density reading of -2.8. His doctor put him on Fosamax to build his bones & prevent fractures. His bone density has progressively gotten better over the past year & now he's off the Fosamax!!! He will go back to have a more accurate bone density scan done as soon as he turns five & at that time we will be able to tell how his bones have progressed without the Fosamax.
Matson was so excited that day! He told me that he was going to tell everyone that he doesn't have to take his medicine juice anymore.
Tomorrow will be our first medicine juice - free Wednesday in a year!!!!!!!

Our House is a Very Fine House...

I LOVE our house! Although, it does need a bit of cosmetic work to suit me, we are very fortunate to be able to live in such a nice place.

"Cupid" delivered some scooters

The boys got scooters from Grandma Eileen for Valentine's Day. They both just LOVE them. And I can't wait until we have some more nice weather so we can get out & ride them some more!
G is working on mastering the scooter & Matson was on his way as soon as the scooter was out of the box.
