NO MORE Medicine Juice!!!
Matson had another check up to see how his osteoporosis is doing & we got super, fantastic news. His bone density is now within the normal range of -1 to +1 at -0.2. We started this journey a year ago with a bone density reading of -2.8. His doctor put him on Fosamax to build his bones & prevent fractures. His bone density has progressively gotten better over the past year & now he's off the Fosamax!!! He will go back to have a more accurate bone density scan done as soon as he turns five & at that time we will be able to tell how his bones have progressed without the Fosamax.
Matson was so excited that day! He told me that he was going to tell everyone that he doesn't have to take his medicine juice anymore.
Tomorrow will be our first medicine juice - free Wednesday in a year!!!!!!!

The weather was BEAUTIFUL!!!
Last weekend the boys and I took full advantage of the awesome weather that we had. We went to the park, took a walk, went on a treasure hunt in the timber, and topped it off with a bike ride in the driveway. I LOVE spending time with my boys, but if we can all be outside playing the times are even better!Notice...Graeson even had his "sandal shoes" on.

Graeson loves his Big Dog
Playing Army...
Matt passed on the fun of playing Army to Matson last weekend. Matt has a green army & a gray army, each of them set up their army
& tried to knock down as many of the other person's men as possible. I think Matt was more excited about this than Matson was. Matt finally had someone to play his army game with. He used to play this game by himself when he was a little boy. They had tons of fun together!!!

Look at that SMILE!!!

Sometimes Graeson truly surprises me! I was talking with my mom this morning and I found out a little secret about our seemingly tough boy. She took the boys to the store with her and because she had her hands full she asked the boys to hold hands while they were there. Apparently, G thought that was the coolest thing. He had to go back to Grandma & Grandpa's and tell Grandpa all about how he held Matson's hand. I thought that was just adorable!
Just the other night the boys were playing together, something that they've just recently started doing VERY well (knock on wood). Graeson says, "That's my Matson." They play for a minute more and he says, "I love Matson," totally out of the blue. What a great gift for a mommy!!!

He just can't sit still...not for long anyway.
Our little G is always on the move...You would think that with as much as he moves that he would be worn out at the end of the day and sleep well. HA! In his world that makes NO sense. He just moves, moves, moves. The picture of him chilling in the chair is a rare occurance and in all actuality that pose only lasted for about two minutes and then he was off and running again.
Now this is sleeping...
